For JustRite Papercraft's Tutorial Tuesday, I show you how to create a beautiful Victorian Fan using the newest Vintage Fan Die with coordinating Elegant Fan Element Clear Stamps. I also
show you how to color an image to go with your fan using Spectrum Noir colored pencils and blending with baby oil. You can use this coloring technique
with any of their fabulous image stamps.
