Tutorial Tuesday: Victorian Fans


For JustRite Papercraft's Tutorial Tuesday, I show you how to create a beautiful Victorian Fan using the newest Vintage Fan Die with coordinating Elegant Fan Element Clear Stamps. I also show you how to color an image to go with your fan using Spectrum Noir colored pencils and blending with baby oil. You can use this coloring technique with any of their fabulous image stamps.

    Gorgeous cards, love them both, as well as your tutorial. I have questions about the baby oil...Did you use special paper? Is there a drying time? Great job.
