Defining Beautiful...

Here is a photo of a scrapbook page I was working on before the fire. It was on a table in my craft room, and I had set it aside to work on another project. I took the picture to remind me of where things went. It was lost in the fire. I hope I can recreate it. I used Spellbinders Paper Arts™ Jewel Flowers & Flourishes  as the main dies in this page. The flower was made using the Vintage Lace Motifs dies. The gorgeous girl is my daughter, Lee.

Eternal Love...

As a member of the Spellbinders Paper Arts design team, one of our monthly projects is to create a scrapbook page. Most of you know me as a card maker, but I have fallen in love with scrapbooking! I decided that my first page would center around pictures of my parents when they first met and their lifetime of eternal love. It took me quite a bit of time to create this page due to the fact that both of them have joined God in heaven. Through bouts of tears, memories and heartache, missing them so, I hope I was able to due justice to their love. Today would have been my daddy's birthday, so I give this gift to both of them.
