There is a Season...

Hi everyone! Today I have a pretty card using The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's newest stamp set called "Sunflower Season". I simply stamped two sunflowers on cardstock, then colored with Copic markers. I added some Aqua color spray for the background, stamped my sentiment and was finished!  All supplies are available at the store!

Hi everyone! Today, I've created a pretty shaped card using a lot of dies and a gorgeous new paper pad "Dancing Daisies" from a company called Wild Rose Studios. Oh my gosh, their papers fits my style so well, and you'll see me using them quite a bit in the next few weeks!

I am the Way...

Hi everyone! Today, I have a sweet card using a lovely Easter Scripture stamp set from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store and a stunning Peony stamp from the Peony Bouquet by Altenew Clear Stamps. The store carries a wide selection of the Altenew stamps and they are must have!

I watercolored the peony using Zig Real Brush Watercolor Pens and just love the look. I added filigree dies to emphasize the sentiment, some pretty silk ribbon and it was finished. All supplies are listed below and available at the store!

Hi everyone! I have been playing with the newest Spellbinders® Paper Arts die templates from Amazing Paper Grace Becca Feeken again. I created this beautiful card using the top portion from the Flourish Frame Pocket set and tucked it behind rolled designer paper. I love how it looks and added a nice cascade of watercolored flowers using her Cinch and Go Flowers. A small sentiment tag, silk ribbon and lots of bling finished it off! A truly lovely card for someone who is not feeling up to par!

Life is better ...

Happy Valentine's Day, friends!! It's snowy and cold in New York but today, I have a pretty spring card using new releases from Spellbinders® Paper Arts including the Create-a-flower series. The flowers are so easy to make, and add a bit of shading with Memento Markers and they look lifelike. I used the Create A Flower: Rose die set and paired it with Romantic Rectangles Two (which I'll be using a lot in the future). Supplies are listed below, as always!

JustRite Papercraft March Release - Day Three

Today is Day Three of the JustRite Papercraft March Release! This is such a pretty stamp set! I am so ready for spring and the delicate lilies that line our roads are so beautiful. The set is called Floral Vintage Labels Two and it has quite a few fabulous sentiments and frames that coordinate with Vintage Labels Two! I colored this floral arrangement with my Copic markers and framed it with one of the Winter CHA Releases from Spellbinders Paper Arts™ called A2 Locking Loops!

Ribbon Inspiration...

Today I'm showcasing a fun product from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. I was excited to play with three kinds of netting in a variety of scrumptious colors and weave sizes. For my first project, I used the large sized netting/webbing and had fun creating this Halloween card. I used Spellbinders™ Nestabilities Nested Tombstones and the tree branch from Mix'd Media Elements.

To create the background for my card, I laid 3 pieces of the large netting/webbing onto lavender cardstock, then sprayed the surface with Smooch Spritz Frosted Grape and Navy Twinkle. I removed the webbing then sponged Memento Tuxedo Black in the upper left and right corners, then across the bottom for my ground.

For my second project, I created a darling flower pencil and notepad set using the medium sized netting in blue, lavender and white. I cut strips of the netting in graduated sizes, folded it in half and cut petals, then glued them to a small punched circle. I added a cute button secured with Grape Burlap String, then wrapped green netting around the pencil.

My patterned paper for the notepad is Prima's Meadow Lark and my sentiment is from JustRite Papercraft's Antique Autumn Tags One, and I finished with White Silk Ribbon and Kaisercraft Ice Blue Rhinestones.

 For my last project I created a Wedding Bouquet using the fine netting as filler amongst roses made from Spellbinders™ Shapeabilities® Spiral Blossom One.

I cut lengths of ivory, pink and green netting and secured them with floral pins into the bouquet holder. I added Satin String Leaves, ivory tulle and ivory silk ribbon.

I added pretty Venise Lace (coming soon to The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store) around the circumference of the bouquet and finished it off with pretty ivory satin ribbons and sprigs of pearls.

Eternal Love...

As a member of the Spellbinders Paper Arts design team, one of our monthly projects is to create a scrapbook page. Most of you know me as a card maker, but I have fallen in love with scrapbooking! I decided that my first page would center around pictures of my parents when they first met and their lifetime of eternal love. It took me quite a bit of time to create this page due to the fact that both of them have joined God in heaven. Through bouts of tears, memories and heartache, missing them so, I hope I was able to due justice to their love. Today would have been my daddy's birthday, so I give this gift to both of them. JustRite Friday Challenge - Tags

It's time for the JustRite Papercraft Friday Challenge and our theme this time is to make a tag!!! I love making tags and it's amazing what you can fit on one!  When creating a tag, just think on a smaller scale than a card! You can tie these to gifts, use as a bookmark, for a table setting, and more!!

You'll see the release of this stamp next month! I used glittery gold snowflakes, patterned paper from Making Memories and the sweet reindeer from Spellbinders™ Frosty Forms die set.

This beautiful floral tag features stamps from the Botanical Medallions & Banners and I paired it with Classic Art Deco Lace Edges One. A delicate piece of lace, lots of pretty pearls and Silk Ribbon from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store finished this tag.
