Designer's Choice Challenge...

It's time for the Designer's Choice Challenge over at the House that Stamps Built! Harriet is the next designer up and her theme is to make a card using Paper Piecing! I paper pieced the tulips and vase on my card using the "1317-L, Vase of Tulips" and my sentiment is "8608-D, Special".
