Polar Bear Matchbox...

Well, there are only 2 days left til Christmas! I have finished up all my wrapping, and crafting, but just have to show you this darling candy box I created using the Match Box #1 - Large Die Cut from Creative Cuts & More! It is so easy to put together and decorate! Once you're done decorating, add some patterned paper to any flavor of Hershey's Nuggets and tuck them inside the matchbox. A cute gift to leave on a co-worker's desk, for a teacher or in a stocking!

Peace on Earth Sleigh...

I have created an elegant centerpiece for my Christmas table using the 3D Sleigh die cut from Creative Cuts & More! This was surprisingly easy to make using glitter paper, and some sparkly greenery and poinsettias for accents! I just love how you can order whatever color paper you want for the die cut, then all you have to do is tape it together with Killer White Tearable Tacky Tape that they have! The sky is the limit in decorations for it!

I had my card party play with the sleighs and they created some of the most beautiful sleighs I've seen! Once you're done decorating, you can fill this little sleigh with just about anything: cookies, candies, small packages or greenery like I did!!

I chose to do the Baby part of the Baby & Bridal Show and I was immersed in die cuts, ribbon, pearls, roses and glitter for a whole day! It was too much fun!  Creative Cuts and More is a company that specializes in die cuts for all occasions. You can find almost any kind of basic die cut for party favors, cards, and any project you can imagine. Hop over and take a peek at what they have to offer!

Once you've finished here, head on over to Holly's Blog!

Now on to my projects! Isn't this the most darling baby ensemble you've seen? (if I do say so for myself) I am so pleased with it!! :)

And I got to play with the most luxurious Velvet Paper I've ever used! I put it through the Cuttlebug using a Spellbinder Oval Scalloped Nestabilities and when I took it out of the die, it had embossed it as well!  It was SO COOL! I definitely have to get more of it! They have so many pretty colors to choose from, and you must have them ALL!

Here you can see a close up of the Lavender Velvet Paper, and the Rectangle Picture Frame Large. I embossed the frame with the new "Kassie's Brocade" Cuttlebug Folder, added glittery swirls and corner die cuts, then topped it off with pearls, a fluffy organza bow and a lavender rose from Prima Marketing. I layered the frame onto a sweet purple plaid paper from the Boy's Nursery paper stack from Die Cuts with a View then to the velvet paper, then to white Bazzill cardstock.

This is the most darling Baby Shoe ever! I used lavender plaid paper for my shoe and it is so easy to construct! These little shoes are perfect for party favors at a Baby Shower! I used tulle for my fluffy bow, and decorative pearls for all of the edging. Add a swirly diecut, and a rose on top of the bow, then fill it with candy!

I made a Baby Block out of the Tuck Top Cube Box with Layers Set, substituting one piece of the layers set with a piece of the Velvet Paper. My block letters are from Inkadinkado and I added the faux stitching with a Micron black pen. Once again, my bow is made of tulle, another Prima Marketing Rose and tiny pearls to finish it off. This cute little block can hold small mints or a tiny gift for your guests at the Baby Shower. My paper is from the Nursery Stack from Die Cuts with a View.

How cute is this card? I just love it! I've used the Oval Window A7 Scallop Card - Horizontal die cut for the card, and added a sweet paper from the Nursery stack on the front. I cut out a Scalloped Oval using the Lavender Velvet Paper and added tiny pearls around it. If you look close, you can see how the velvet paper was embossed when I cut out the Oval! My sentiment is by Stampendous and I layered it to velvet paper. I had cut with a border die from Spellbinders. More swirls, fluffy organza bows, roses, pearl sprays and white satin ribbon, and the card is a gift in itself when you add the baby's picture!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I hope you enjoy the Baby & Bridal Shower Blog Hop sponsored by Die Cut Diva and Creative Cuts and More! Make sure you leave lots of comments as we all need a little love from time to time!
