JustRite Papercraft Friday Challenge!

We have some exciting changes coming to the JusrRite Papercraft Friday Challenges!

Starting today, there will be ONE extra winner chosen at random from the challenge entries (excluding the other winners)! This will be in addition to the usual Grand  Prize and Honorable Mention winners! That's one more chance at winning JustRite products! We hope this will encourage you to share more of your creations with us whether you are new to JustRite or you have been using our products for years!

For today's Friday Challenge #071, we also want to make sure everyone "Grabs Our Buttons" on the right sidebar of the JustRite Inspiration Blog. If you are chosen as one of the winners of our challenges or as one of our random winners, you will receive ONE EXTRA STAMP set of your choice if you have our buttons loaded to your blogs side bar!! Just for having the blog buttons displayed clearly on your blog!!

Also, for Friday Challenge #071,  as an added bonus, you will also receive an additional stamp set to your prize package if you spell our name correctly "JustRite" -- one word with a capital R (in the middle of the word) on your blog post and you link your stamp sets that you used for your project to our store website!!  That's right you can win 2 extra stamp sets this week!

We have an inspiration photo for this challenge, pictured above! Our Color theme is Pink, Peach and Yellow with a touch of neutral (colors: white, ivory, kraft or black).

My card uses JustRite's With Sympathy and Classic Lace Edges One Clear stamp sets. I stamped the roses on a white card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink then colored with Copic Markers. My sentiment was stamped and colored as well. I stamped my Classic Lace Edges One on pink, peach and yellow cardstock with Versamark then embossed with white embossing powder. Next, I cut them out with Spellbinders™ Edgeabilities® Classic Edges Two. I adhered my lace pieces to my card, added pearls and a soft silk ribbon from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

The Magic of Christmas

It's time for another fun challenge at the Shabby Tea Room! When I began my journey into papercrafting, I made vintage artist trading cards and I'm finding that I'm once again enjoying the process but in greeting card form now.

The challenge this week is to use the photo below for inspiration and the requirements are: USE PINK, GOLD, NEUTRALS, FLOWERS and SNOWFLAKES!

and here is my creation:

My colors are Gold, White and  Rosy Pink. I used Lattice and Scalloped Rectangle Nestabilities, Liquid Pearls, Prima Roses, Stanpin' Up Snowflakes, Marianne Creatables Swirls, Tulle, Vintage Santa Image from my postcard collection, and designer paper from Kaisercraft. All my sparkle and shine is from Chunky Glass Glitter and Glitter paper by Doodlebug.

Here is the Challenge as stated on the JustRite Inspiration Blog

I decorated a gift of Rocher's Chocolates using Vintage Oval Labels and Heart to Heart Borders & Centers:

It's Just Us Girls Second Anniversary and they have a fun sketch challenge going on HERE! I did a different take on their sketch, and everyone knows my favorite holiday is Halloween, so I had to create a card! Its Thursday, and another new release and challenge for Meljen's Designs! The images this week are dedicated to our "HEROES" near and far, who help and aid us, and those fighting for freedom. My project uses the "Doctor Bear" and I created a wrapper for a miniature tissue box. This is a great pick me up for a little one who is sick with a cold! Our Challenge this week is to create a card or project with a MASCULINE feel to it! These images are perfect for the challenge!

Designer's Choice Challenge...

It's time for a new Challenge series over at the House that Stamps Built! We hope you all had fun with the CASE Wednesday series, and we're looking  forward to the next few months with this new concept.

Here's how the "Designer's Choice Challenge" will work!  All of the fabulous design team members for Repeat Impressions will be assigned a Wednesday, and we get to set the "theme" for the challenge!  I volunteered to be first, so my theme is one of my all time favorites: "SCENIC"!

You are to create a card that best represents a scene, and Repeat Impressions has a ton of fabulous stamps for creating beautiful landscapes. You can make a basic scene with a simple tree, or you can create an inspiring vista!

My card today uses "2906-I, Bottoms Up" and side portions of "211-P, Chickadee at Rest". My sentiment is "3103-F, Live for...".

My card fits the Belli Challenge as well with "Think Seamstress" as the theme! My "ribbon" is actually seam binding and I put some beads on a stick pin and inserted into the center of the bow.
