Floral Vellum Lantern...

Hi everyone! It's day three of the JustRite Papercraft October Release, and they are releasing a pretty floral stamp set called Morning Splendor. For my project today, I cut four decorative squares from Spellbinders® Paper Arts Triple Floral die template set and then stamped the small flower onto each panel with black StazOn ink. Once dry, I used a stylus and did some dry embossing for the flower and around the letters of the sentiment. I finished the lantern by gluing the edges together and it's all set to light up with a battery operated candle.

~ Enjoy!

  1. A very creative and artistic project. Beautiful!

  2. Aww so pretty Darsie, i love this idea.

  3. I've made vellum sleeves for fake candles before but none as well done and decorative as yours. This is amazingly beautiful!
