Today we’ll announce the five WINNERS of our May Arts Silk Ribbon Samplers that was featured in our Silk Ribbon Blog Candy Hop HERE.

A couple things first:
1)  If you are listed as a winner, you MUST email Sharon at ssj@up.net with your mailing address.

As long as you are a Facebook Fan of The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, you’re good to go!  If not, just click the Facebook link on the upper left sidebar on the blog, then LIKE The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.  Liking a post or liking a photo does NOT put you in the running for the drawing.  The winner will be drawn from the list of Facebook FANS, so be sure to LIKE the page.  And SHARING the post helps – if you are the winner and you’ve SHARED the info about our drawing with all your Facebook friends, you will also get to select a 6×6 paper pad!

3)  We were celebrating with silk this week as Michelle made up some wonderful color charts comparing our May Arts Silk Ribbon with cardstock by Stampin’ Up and A Muse Studios.  If you missed that original post, you can see the colors charts and our Silk Ribbon Samplers here.

Silk Ribbon Blog Candy Hop!

May Arts Silk Ribbon has been a long time favorite product at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store and I don’t think that’s been any secret! We know many of you love using silk ribbon as well, and to make it a bit easier in color selection and to take the guesswork out of it, Michelle has prepared a color chart for us to use. She compares May Arts Silk Ribbon colors to both Stampin’ Up and A Muse Studios cardstock colors.  I think you’ll enjoy these color charts and find them very useful. Thank you so much, Michelle, for your time and effort in this project! (See charts at the end of the post)

The design team has some projects to show you today, as well as some fabulous SILK RIBBON BLOG CANDY, so be sure to read completely to the end of the posts to see the projects and learn about the blog candy offerings.

Our blog hop list is as follows:

My card uses Black and Taupe Silk Ribbon with patterned paper by Prima and a sentiment from the Fancy Large Sentiments stamp set by JustRite Papercraft. I finished the card with a large jeweled button and Kaisercraft Rhinestones.

In celebration of our Silk Ribbon Color Charts and to share our love of Silk Ribbon, BLOG CANDY will be available from EACH blog participating today.  Each designer selected one Silk Ribbon Sampler to give away and all you have to do is comment on the blogs.  Each designer will pick their winner using a random number generator on Wednesday evening at 9 p.m EST.  All the winners will be announced on Sharon's Blog sometime later this week, so be sure to check back to see if you have won.  If you are listed as a winner, you will need to contact us with your mailing address, so please be sure to check back for the winners announcement. Good luck!!!

I selected the Classic Silk Ribbon Sampler which includes 5 colors of silk, 3 yards each of Black, White, Ivory, Taupe and Antique Gold (pictured below), for a total of 15 yards of silk ribbon.

Here are Michelle's color charts:
