Ethereal Forest Designs First Blog Hop!

Welcome to the First “Ethereal Forest Designs” Blog Hop!!! My blog is the first stop on the way to fantastic projects and cards from the Design Team! We've been hard at work using the wonderful images from Ethereal Forest Designs and are extremely excited to showcase their versatility!

As you start hopping, please make sure you comment on each one of the design team members blog, then go  to the Ethereal Forest Designs blog and make a comment! At the end of the hop, one lucky winner who has commented on all the blogs will receive a $10.00 voucher to the Ethereal Forest Designs Store.

Here is a list of the blog hoppers in case you lose your way:

The winner will be announced on the Ethereal Forest Designs blog on Friday, March 12th. Deadline to complete the hop will be Thursday, March 11th!

Thank you for taking the time to play along and we appreciate your comments!. All of the images used in the design teams creations can be found at the Ethereal Forest Designs Store.

Here is my creation for the Blog Hop:

My card uses "Jewel Planting" and it's a great "Spring" card, and perfect for those who love flowers or gardening! I printed Jewel on Whisper White cardstock, colored her with Copics, then mounted her to a brown cardstock panel. I punched a strip of white cardstock with the new Martha Stewart Iron Gate punch to make it look like a small garden fence and glued it at the bottom of the mound of dirt.

My background paper is from the Paper Studio, and I adhered it to a medium blue cardstock, when glued it to a white card. I punched a border piece using the same blue cardstock with the Sweetheart Punch by Martha Stewart, and layered a green polka dot piece to it. I wrapped orange grosgrain ribbon around the piece then adhered it to my card. I added rhinestone flowers and orange strips of grosgrain for a decorative touch.

My sentiment is from Studio G and I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then outlined it with an orange Copic Marker. I finished the card off with small orange and green rhinestones. Card size: 5 1/2 x 6 inches. This card fits the sketch (below) for Our Creative Corner's Sketch Challenge.
