I've had a horrible migraine all day, so I'm posting a quick card that my card class made a few weeks ago! The image is from Delicious Doodles!

Poppies...
Midmight Madness has a great sketch this week and the design team got to choose their own image, so I chose the Poppies from Delicious Doodles. I just love this image! My background papers are from the Basic Grey "Stella Ruby" collection, and I colored the image with my Copic markers.

Operation Write Home Blog Hop...

Operation Write Home's Mission is to support our nation’s armed forces by sending blank greeting cards to write home on, as well as cards of gratitude to encourage them. Saturday, they are having a Blog Hop and 84 blogs have signed up for this momentous occasion! Not only will you see wonderful creations that will inspire you but you'll give our Armed Forces a lot of love! You'll start the BLOG HOP at the OWH Stars and Stamps blog!
Once you've commented on my blog, you'll next hop to Jeannie's blog, TheBucketList Stamper!
My card today fits the Clean and Simple Sketch for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. (Sketch below) Yes, I went the easy way out, but I just couldn't figure out all the little bricks on the Fancy Sketch! Luckily, they gave us a chance to pick which sketch to do!
I printed my image from Delicious Doodles onto Whisper White cardstock, then colored with Copic Markers. I mounted my image on glittery cardstock. My designer paper is from the "At Home" Stack by Die Cuts with a View and my pearls are from Hobby Lobby. I finished the large card off with rhinestones and an organza bow. Card size: 6 x 6 3/4 inches.

New OCC Sketch Blog...
There's a new blog for Our Creative Corner's Thursday Sketch Challenge! Make sure you take a look today to see the design team's first Sketch on our new BLOG! Everyone is welcome to play along and feel free to use your favorite stamps and embellishments!

My card uses a digistamp from Delicious Doodles, and I printed the rose on Whisper White cardstock, then colored with Copics, and cut it out with small scissors. My designer paper is from a K&Company stack called "Madeline". I used the Martha Stewart Deco Fan punch, on the paper and mounted it to a white card. I adhered my rose cut out onto a panel of white cardstock that I had embossed with the Holly Ribbon's embossing folder for the Cuttlebug. I punched the corners using the new Valentine Looped Hearts by Martha Stewart. I mounted that to a pink cardstock, then adhered the panel to my designer paper. I added the pearl flourish and a pink organza bow to finish the card. Card size: 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches
