Hi everyone! Today, I have created a lovely wintry card that could double as a Christmas card for The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store! I used Distress Oxide Re-Inkers for my background and then added white acrylic paint with a stencil brush for snow. My tree is from the new stamp set "O Christmas Tree" and has a coordinating die! The snow for the tree is Tulip Puffy Paint! Just heat it and it puffs up like snow!

Snowman Candy Box Trio...

Hi everyone! Welcome to Day 3 of my Christmas creations for The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Today, I've created this darling Snowman Candy Box Trio and each section can be filled with candies or gifts for your favorite someone!

Once again, I used the We R Memory Keepers Gift Box Punch Board to make each box and I used the 2.5x2.5x3.25, 3.25x3.25x3.25, and 4x4x3.25 inch measurements on the board for them. I folded the boxes together and added blue ink for contrast on the edges. Then I just had fun decorating him! Rhinestones for eyes, mouth and belly, a nose made from Petite Pennants  (just roll it into a cone shape as shown) and snowflakes, ribbons and bells for enhancements. This little guy is a great decor and gift item! All supplies are listed below!

Hi everyone! Today, I've created a wintry holiday tag using the newest Christmas stamp sets by The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. There is such a nice selection of sentiments, verses and images to fit all of your seasonal cards! This color combination is so delicate and pretty, and I love the filigree work of the snowflakes. Winter Deer...

Hi everyone! Today, I've created a wintry holiday card for The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store using a fabulous paper pad by Bo Bunny called Sleigh Ride as the focal point. I just love the birch trees mixed with the dusky hues of blue and gray! I added some glimmer to the paper with a Wink of Stella Brush - Clear Glitter Marker, but sadly, is very hard to capture in a photo. The shimmer is divine though!

I added a glittery deer, snowy hills and a sentiment from JustRite Papercraft Peace and Joy Sentiments Clear Stamps to finish the card.

Tutorial Tuesday: Snowflake Explosion Box

Hi everyone! For JustRite Papercraft's Tutorial Tuesday, I show how to create a darling Snowflake Explosion Box using their newest Snowflakes and Tags Dies set and coordinates it with their Snowflakes Clingstamp set and Applique Christmas Labels One Clear Stamps. I show how to add glitter to snowflake die cuts using Ken Oliver’s Stick-it Adhesive sheets and how to achieve a wintry effect for backgrounds using acrylic paint and a stencil brush. As an extra bonus, I also demonstrate how to create a sweet snowflake ornament for the top of my box!

Joy to the World...

Hi everyone! Today, I have created a pretty holiday scenic card using a beautiful stamp called by "Christmas Cottage" from Stampendous and I enhanced it by using Spellbinders® Paper Arts Reindeer and Sleigh, with tiny poinsettia flowers from the 5x7 Holly Frame die set. 

I stamped the image on watercolor paper with StazOn ink, then painted it with watercolors for a soft wintry look. I added my die cut elements, sparkly glitter, a sentiment from JustRite Papercraft Gift of Faith Clear Stamps stamped onto Petite Labels One and finished it off with gold pearls.  A lovely card for someone special at Christmas!

Hi everyone! Today, I've created a darling Christmas card using a delightful snowman stamp from Stampendous. I just love this stamp, and I watercolored the image and background after stamping on watercolor paper with black StazOn. I used Spellbinders® Paper Arts Labels 47 Decorative Elements with 5x7 Matting Basics B to frame the sweet image and finished it off with baker's twine and a snowflake from Create-a-Flake Six. I really enjoyed making this fun card!

Cozy Snowman Wishes...

Hi everyone! Welcome to Day Four of the Joy Clair August Release. Today we are introducing a a nice Snowman themed set designed by Amy Tedder called Cozy Snowman Wishes Clear Stamps. I colored this darling snowman and snow lady with Copics, then cut them out and put them on a simple background. Fun card!

Let it Snow...

Hi everyone! Today, I have a wintry card for you, using the newest "Create a Flake Six" and "Let it Snow" die templates from Spellbinders® Paper Arts. This was easy to create! All you have to do is cut the snowflakes using copy paper and lay them onto white cardstock. Spray your chosen colors of Fireworks Sprays over the cardstock, then remove the snowflakes and let dry. I then laid the "Let it Snow" die templates onto the panel and stenciled through the letters for my sentiment! I finished it with a few decorative pearls and am quite pleased with the results.

Snowman Hat...

Hi everyone! Sometimes I think the winter is never going to end! We did have 40 degrees yesterday and the snow melted a bit, but there's still more to go. With hope that the snow will be gone soon, I've created this darling snowman's hat from a paper mache' hat I purchased on clearance at Michael's after Christmas.

I stamped up the large snowman from Stampendous® Jumbo Top Hat Snowman stamp set and a portion of the sentiment strip and colored it with Copic markers. After the hat had been painted and dried, I added icicle pine, pearl sprigs and lots of snowflakes using Spellbinders Paper Arts® Snowflake Bliss, and Snowflake 2013 Pendant. I just love the pink striped gingham ribbon, which was perfect for my hat, from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. I have multiple views of the hat, and the supply list is below!
