It's Holiday Sunday and here's a quick card I made using the Fleur de lis Pendant Die from Spellbinders. My corner punch is the Iron Gate punch from Martha Stewart, and I used the large Snowflake embossing folder that I got on HSN. This card measures 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches and I added lots of pearls for bling!

it's Belli Day!
It's the Belli Challenge today! Today we focus on Die Cuts and our sponsor is Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! Being a design team member of both, I was able to choose a wonderful image to showcase! I printed out the "Birdie Bathtime" but realized I had printed it too large! So, my card is on the large size today, and can be framed!
In other news, I've been asked to join the design team of Repeat Impressions, a wonderful stamp company with many delightful images for holiday and all occasion! Stay tuned as I start my exciting duties and start creating with their stamps! You can see their blog HERE!

Midnight Madness & Fred, She Said Crocus...

I printed the Crocus on Whisper White cardstock, cut it out with a Nestabilities Circle, then sponged Memento New Sprout ink on the edges before removing it from the die. I colored my image with Copic Markers, then mounted it to a glittery purple Scalloped Circle piece. My designer papers are from Die Cuts with a View "Baby Boy -Nursery" stack and another paper I got from AC Moore. The side panels with the punched edge is an EK Success Edge Punch called Scrolls & Hearts. I made my "laces" with brads and self-adhesive pearls, then finished the card with more pearls for accents! Copper Roses...
Click HERE for the "Fred, She Said" BLOG HOP!
Midnight Madness has a pretty sketch this week where you can use your favorite coordinating designer papers! Recently, Die Cuts with a View came out with new paper stacks! You've seen me use "Linen Closet" on occasion and I love the soft aqua's, tans and ivory's that are in that paper pad. The new stack I used today is called "Natural" with shades of Copper, Orange, Tan, Ivory and Black. The papers are rich with metallic copper accents and I just love love love it! The sketch just screamed for these papers!
This card is pretty much a layering card, and it didn't take long to put this one together! My designer paper is from DCWV as stated above, and I used the Martha Stewart Doily punch for the strip. My butterfly is a stencil cut-out and I added ribbon, rhinestones and pearls to finish it off! Card size: 4 3/4 x 6 1/2 inches.

Spring Tulips...
Well, I'm feeling better, finally! Thanks to all the lovely "get well" wishes I've been receiving! I woke up this morning ready to work on cards and get ready for my card club on Saturday! I can't wait to show what I've made, but it will be after the party! I don't want to spoil the surprise!
My card today uses Fred, She Said's "Tulip Trio" which is being offered on the Stars and Stamps blog for free! I really love the color combination I chose for this card. I took it from a Basic Grey 6 x 6 paper stack, and then purchased the entire set in 12 x 12!
I printed the tulips on Whisper White cardstock, colored with Copic Markers, then cut it out leaving a small white edge. My designer paper is from Basic Grey, and I used the new Nestabilities Labels Eleven with orange glittery cardstock. I punched the corners of my gray panel with a Fiskars punch, then mounted both pieces to white glittery cardstock. I raised my tulips up with pop dots, added organza grey ribbon with a bow, and finished it off with rhinestones. I glued it all together to a white card measuring 4 3/4 x 6 inches.

Spring Wedding Card ...
I can't believe the balmy weather we've been having in upstate New York! With the birds chirping and the snow melted, you'd think Spring was already here! I know I can't wait to see the crocuses and daffodils poking their heads out to bask in God's bright sunshiny rays!
With Spring in mind, can you imagine a prettier wedding day than to be surrounded by new growth and the beautiful blossoms of life? A wedding symbolizes a new beginning in God's Grace for two people in love, and my card hopefully reflects that sentiment.
I printed "Wedding Bells" from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps on Whisper White cardstock, then cut it out with a Circle Nestabilities. I sponged Memento Summer Sky ink around the edges, then colored the image with Copic Markers. I adhered my circle to a glittery scalloped circle. then mounted it to another circle I had punched with the Deco Fan punch by Martha Stewart. Next, came my glittery purple circle, which was mounted to a larger glittery scalloped circle. I added self-adhesive pearls and a lavender tulle bow to the circles. I wrapped more tulle around my sparkly cardstock panel with the Deco Fan punched in the corners. I then mounted my decorated circle to the center. This was all glued to a soft lavender card measuring 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches.
Please hop over to the Sweet 'n Sassy store to see all the wonderful images that are perfect for weddings, birthdays, and all occasions! Make sure you take a look at the beautiful floral images, just in time for Spring, Easter and Mother's Day!

Here is my creation for the Blog Hop:
My card uses "Jewel Planting" and it's a great "Spring" card, and perfect for those who love flowers or gardening! I printed Jewel on Whisper White cardstock, colored her with Copics, then mounted her to a brown cardstock panel. I punched a strip of white cardstock with the new Martha Stewart Iron Gate punch to make it look like a small garden fence and glued it at the bottom of the mound of dirt.
My background paper is from the Paper Studio, and I adhered it to a medium blue cardstock, when glued it to a white card. I punched a border piece using the same blue cardstock with the Sweetheart Punch by Martha Stewart, and layered a green polka dot piece to it. I wrapped orange grosgrain ribbon around the piece then adhered it to my card. I added rhinestone flowers and orange strips of grosgrain for a decorative touch.
My sentiment is from Studio G and I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then outlined it with an orange Copic Marker. I finished the card off with small orange and green rhinestones. Card size: 5 1/2 x 6 inches. This card fits the sketch (below) for Our Creative Corner's Sketch Challenge.

I printed my image on Whisper White cardstock then colored with Copic Markers. I mounted the image to a glittery pink cardstock, then put it aside to construct my card. My tag was made using a Fancy Tag Nestabilities and I first printed my sentiment then cut it out with the tag. My background paper is a Polished Marble glossy cardstock, and I adhered a glittery yellow cardstock that I had punched with the Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace Punch. OCC Challenge...
It's time for another Sketch Challenge with Our Creative Corner (sketch is below) and I've made two versions this week! One is more elaborate than the other, but both work well for Birthday Cards! I pulled out my Scalloped and Plain Heart Nestabilities to fit the sketch and I just love how this simple layout can make such a pretty card!

My designer papers are from K & Company's paper stack called "Classic K" and it has beautiful floral and swirly papers in tones of green, rose and ivory! I glittered the swirls on my background paper and used the Botanical Floral punch by Martha Stewart for my strip. I added an organza bow, a decorative flower, pearls and a peel off sticker sentiment, then mounted it all to a rose card to finish it off. Card size: 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inches

My second card has minimal embellishments and I stamped my sentiment (Inkadinkado) with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I glittered my swirly background and my floral heart, added pearls and a pretty bow to finish the card. I mounted it to an ivory card sized 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches.
